Revitalize Partners was created for the purpose of acquiring and developing commercial and industrial real estate in Opportunity Zones. We own and host operating businesses on these developments, providing above liveable wage jobs in some of the most blighted communities in the U.S. Opportunity Zones were created to revitalize economically distressed communities by using private investments derived from capital gains. Revitalize Partners intends to utilize this private participation to make strategic investments in businesses and real estate, providing favorable returns for investors. Simultaneously it will create liveable wage jobs that stimulate the economy and energize communities.
