Revex Technologies is building U.S. midstream infrastructure for the processing of nickel and other critical minerals. While mineral resources are globally distributed, much of today’s refining capacity sits outside the United States. That imbalance has become a key constraint in building dependable domestic supply. Revex addresses this gap by converting legacy and underutilized feedstocks including mine tailings, spent lithium-ion batteries, and manufacturing scrap, into nickel concentrate, black mass, technical-grade sulfuric acid and other market-ready concentrates and refined intermediates. Our platform: • Converts legacy and abandoned mine tailings into saleable concentrates, accelerating time-to-market relative to greenfield development • Processes tailings from operating mines by removing sulfides at the source, reducing tailings storage facility (TSF) footprint, mitigating acid mine drainage risk, and lowering long-term closure liabilities • Integrates with new mine projects to reduce TSF-related capital intensity, operating costs, and permitting complexity • Recycles spent lithium-ion batteries and manufacturing scrap into black mass for downstream refining Revex delivers traceable, domestically refined nickel concentrate and other critical minerals essential to defense systems, aerospace, advanced manufacturing, electrification, and AI infrastructure. As an independent, non-exclusive processor, Revex partners with U.S. and allied mineral producers and feedstock suppliers to add refining capacity without competing for upstream ownership. In 2025, Revex received a $145 million grant award with the U.S. Department of Energy to advance the Rev Nickel project, validating the platform’s technical maturity and national-scale relevance. Revex transforms legacy waste and raw resources into high-value, strategically vital industrial materials.
