Reverse Advent Calendar Calgary Information

Reverse Advent Calendar Calgary is a community initiative dedicated to helping Calgarians Make Christmas About Giving Again. We mobilize families, workplaces, retailers, sports teams, and community groups to add one essential item per day—food, hygiene products, baby items, winter warmth—to a decorated box throughout December. These boxes are delivered to local charities supporting vulnerable families, women, children, newcomers, and individuals experiencing homelessness. Our mission is to make giving accessible, joyful, and purposeful. Our vision is a Calgary where the true spirit of Christmas is rekindled through kindness, connection, and community care. Our promise is to make it easy for anyone to participate and create meaningful impact. Through partnerships with food banks, shelters, grassroots family organizations, and local businesses, we’re building a giving tradition that strengthens communities and creates hope for those who need it most. Join the movement. Build a box. Lift your community. #ReverseAdventYYC | Make Christmas About Giving Again
