Rev Projects is a commercial real estate investor and developer that aspires to revitalize and reposition office and multifamily properties in emerging submarkets throughout the San Francisco Bay Area. These principles guide the execution of its investment strategy: REVITALIZE AND REBUILD Find inefficiencies and “low hanging fruit”, such as unsophisticated management or poor marketing and presentation TARGET EMERGING SUBMARKETS Pinpoint undiscovered neighborhoods in the path of long-term growth, avoiding both the frenzy of high-pricing in core markets or distant outlying areas with stagnant growth SUPPORT URBAN GROWTH Focus on urban centers where demographic trends have shifted and neighborhoods with convenient transit options, walkability, and proximity to amenities and services HARNESS CREATIVITY Approach the strategy of a project with a creative perspective. Repurpose historic buildings, open up floor plans, create experiences, and take advantage of new technology for energy savings and management.
