Our History Reuse, Inc. was established to meet the needs of educationial, retail, enterprise, manufacturer, business to consumer, and business to business users looking to trade-in their electronic device(s) for the greatest possible value. Our challenge was to provide solutions applicable to all of our client's needs. We created a turnkey trade-in solution using our knowledgeable and experienced team of professionals. We are a forward thinking and innovative company with a passion to remain on the leading edge of the electronics reuse/recycling industry. We developed a custom pricing engine to assign the greatest possible value to each electronic device. This engine uses multiple data points within our proprietary management system to update pricing with current market trends. Customer Satisfaction The statisfaction of our customers has been the key to our growth as company. We value each customer and strive to make their trade-in process a positive experience. However, despite our best efforts, sometimes things go wrong. In these rare instances, customer service representatives will work to resolve the issue quickly and completely.
