Rethentic Information

Rethentic is a provenance and ownership platform for physical devices and valuable goods. We use a proprietary cryptographic protocol to prove object identity and track ownership over time, enabling authenticated transfers and a tamper-evident lifecycle record. Our hybrid trust model is designed to be practical at scale: it combines centralized enforcement and policy controls with cryptographic proof anchored to the object, so authenticity and ownership are not dependent on a single database entry or a copyable label. Rethentic provides software, implementation support, and pilot programs for use cases like digital product passports, anti-counterfeit protection, chain-of-custody history, warranty and service records, controlled resale, and compliance-oriented traceability.
