Established in 2000 by Michael Cooper and Frank Fitzgerald, Retail Workshop comprises four senior shopping centre executives with combined experience in all facets of asset management, retail planning, development, management, marketing and leasing. With a collective experience of over 120 years our expertise is gained from working on all types of shopping centres, from major regional to neighbourhood centres, and with a variety of landlords from the very large to more modest investors. Each associate has had lead roles in projects ranging from value adding to existing assets to the development of new shopping centres. Retail Workshop works with the shopping centre owner to enhance the sustainable value of the asset. We will share the owners' vision and work together to deliver the product and financial results necessary for the ongoing viability of the asset. Retail Workshop can provide experienced professionals that are able to transition in and out of an organisation as needed, enabling clients to access senior resources without committing to the costs associated with full time employment.
