Results Room Personal Training Ltd was formed in 2010 by Steve Rickard and Dan McNaughton. After having worked in gyms both in NZ and the UK they realised something was missing in the market for people who wanted more from their gym membership. With a belief that people have to take some control of their own lives, and commit to some lifestyle changes to really achieve the results they are after, the Results Room team focuses on Motivation, Effective Exercise, Accountability (to ones self and ones trainer), and Nutritional support. Gyms that leave you to it, often dont work. That's why when you join Results Room gym you must have at least one weekly contact with your personal trainer. This helps measure your progress, reassess goals, avoid boredom, and get the most out of every training session.......leading to faster results.
