Restorative Cypress Coaching Information

Through one-on-one coaching, we will be using our time to reflect on the direction you want to take your life and/or career. This time is meant to allow you to slow down and focus on important actions you can take to reach your goals. Coaching will invite you to pause, ground in intention, align resources to support next steps, and move into action. During each session I will partner with you to create actionable next steps that help move you towards your goals, and I will help keep you accountable to those steps each time we meet.
