Resti is the employee-first back-office layer for restaurant chains in Kazakhstan and the CIS. It runs on top of the POS the operator already trusts — iiko, R-Keeper, Poster, Paloma — instead of replacing it. The POS counts orders and inventory, and does it well. Everything else lives in Excel, WhatsApp and the chief accountant's memory: shift records, payroll, checklists, training, supplier invoices. Chains lose 8–15% of payroll to manual error, rounding and hours nobody can verify.
