Restaurant 415 Information

Founded in 2012 by service industry veterans as a "Neighborhood Eatery." Restaurant 415 wanted to bring Fort Collins quality food, cocktails and a great place to work. Our foundation was built on community, both the one we serve and our own 415 family. We work hard to provide Fort Collins with fresh food prepared daily and our employees with a great place to work. "Where Pigs Fly" is our take on chicken and waffles, but it's more than that. Our signature dish has come to embody the culture at Restaurant 415. We pride ourselves on being a springboard for people passionate about pursuing a career in hospitality as well as a place to learn the interpersonal skills, work ethic and balance needed to take their career to the next level. We are of the mindset that we can teach anyone with a desire to grow how to cook, bartend and give quality service, because of that we really are a place where pigs can fly.
