ResperCare is a medical device and digital health company developing the PneumaNode Vitals Patch, a wireless, AI-enabled, disposable bandage-sized wearable that combines continuous auscultation with continuous vital-sign monitoring in a single device. Today, clinicians rely on a cluster of wired monitors and intermittent spot checks to understand a patient’s respiratory and cardiovascular status. Signals are fragmented, workflows are inefficient, and early signs of patient deterioration are easy to miss with only spot-check assessments. PneumaNode is designed to change that. Placed once on the chest, it continuously captures respiratory, cardiovascular, and gastrointestinal body sounds alongside core vital signs (respiratory rate, heart rate, SpO2, core temperature, and cuffless blood pressure). Data streams securely to approved mobile devices, hospital monitors and EMR's, and our PneumaNodeLink cloud-based remote patient monitoring (RPM) platform, where AI and rules-based analytics support earlier detection of patient health deterioration and enhances care intervention. For hospitals and health systems, our aim is to: • Reduce failure-to-rescue events and avoidable ICU transfers • Shorten length of stay and reduce readmissions • Reduce clinician workload by consolidating multiple devices into a single intelligent patch • Enable scalable hospital-at-home and RPM models supported by continuous physiologic data The PneumaNode Vitals Patch is an investigational device and is not yet cleared or approved by the FDA.
