Respect Music has publishing,artiste management, music licensing consultancy and sync representation divisions. It was founded by Sharon Dean who was previously Director of Licensing at PRS for Music http://www.prsformusic.com and is currently UK Director of the LA based National Association of Recording Industry Professionals (NARIP) http://www.narip.com . Through NARIP she hosts song pitching sessions in London in front of US Supervisors from the TV, Film, Ads, Trailer and Games industries.
