Resource 360 has been in the business of rebuilding homes in Dunwoody and Sandy Springs for many years - We got our start from a passion for the area (the founder Martin Drucker is a Dunwoody Elementary and Dunwoody High school Graduate) and our desire to work with Real estate. We noticed that there was a distinct need for renovated houses in the Dunwoody area. Essentially, all that was available were 800k + new houses or 400k old green appliance and tile houses in the area. We decided to change that! Our philosophy was/is simple - Buy a house for a low price, completely remodel and update it, fix all the underlying issues, and sell for a profit. And this model has worked - and continues to work.
