Resource Finance Company, LLC (RFC) was founded in 1998. Vision: ISO's and other credit card industry vendors are entitled to Residuals. The cash flow from these Residuals can be significant and valuable. Nevertheless, ISO's and others often have difficulty obtaining working capital and other loans because banks and traditional lenders can not value, collateralize or monetize the Residuals. RFC was formed to solve this problem and provide debt financing to ISOs. President, David Putnam: David Putnam, RFC's President, has been with RFC since its inception. Originally from Boston, MA and later, Stowe, VT, he brings experience in finance, technology, and law. Chip Nichols, Board Chairman: The original vision for RFC came from 25 year industry veteran Chip Nichols. An original distributor for VeriFone, founder of Resource Leasing Corporation,early-stage participant in Transaction Network Services (TNS) and other transaction companies, Chip recognized the ISOs' dilemma.
