Resonate’s mission is to unlock leadership potential of women and girls in East Africa. We envision a world where women and girls are leaders in creating the changes they want to see in their lives and communities. We partner with organizations providing vocational skills or education to women and girls, and integrate our leadership-building workshops into their existing programs. Our workshops ensure that women and girls don’t just have access to skills, but that they also have the self-confidence to realize their full potential. Since our founding in 2014, we have partnered with more than 50 organizations in East Africa and trained more than 5,000 participants. In order to achieve gender equity and economic prosperity, women must have the tools to make their voices resonate.
