Resonance creates pathways for communities to envision, define and create their own future with AI As artificial intelligence reshapes work, education, creativity, relationships, and public life, many people are being asked to adapt to profound changes without meaningful spaces to reflect on them together. Conversations about AI are often fragmented, polarized, or driven by the pace of extreme headlines and product cycles. We believe there is a growing need for trusted spaces where people can step back from the pace of change, examine what is at stake, and think together about the future they want to help shape. Resonance delivers this through establishing local chapters in partnership with trusted local leaders and community-based organizations, and trains local facilitators to bring together diverse residents and institutions. Programs include: -Participatory design sessions help communities define their priorities, values, and vision for AI. -Recurring workshops and salons build shared understanding, relationships, and trust. The goal is a locally defined AI agenda grounded in community priorities and a strong local network of people and institutions able to respond together. -Community insights and storytelling centers local voices and lived experiences, creating space to confront dominant narratives about AI and articulate alternative futures grounded in local values and priorities.
