I served for more than three decades in leadership at one of the world's Big Four professional services firms, where I thrived on ambitious and complex goals. What I valued most, though, was working with people, helping teams grow, innovate, and perform at their best. During my final decade with the Firm, I chose an external coach, who helped me see my professional and personal life from a completely new perspective. That experience was transformational. It awakened in me a passion to help others broaden their perspectives, unlock new possibilities, and experience the same clarity and freedom I had discovered. This led to the creation of my own firm, Resolve. Today, my work blends coaching, teaching, and facilitation through the LOGIC™ Framework (Listening, Observing, Gathering, Implementing, and Coaching). Grounded in ontological communication*, this integrates emotions, physical presence and language to help clients observe more broadly, act with greater confidence, and create sustainable trust and results. *A way of learning that helps people observe, think, and act differently—so they can create more effective and fulfilling results in their lives.
