Our leadership team has been in the IT/ISP world for over 30 years combined. During that time, we have watched our customers struggle, time and time again, to jump through the ISP hoops. When the connection is finally there, it isn't what was promised, speed is not reliable for needs, or they are stuck in a multi-year contract with a more expensive provider when there was another choice that they had no idea existed. Many sales guys for internet providers are not always versed in the internal network workings, and therefore over or under-sale you service. We were tired of watching this happen. So we set out to form Resolution 364, in the fall of 2020, To be different. Due to everyone's favorite Pandemic, getting contracts and associations with Providers was a slow and painful process for us as well. We pushed through knowing we can make a difference in the market. We are proud to say that we soft launched in early 2022, consulting on internet and telecom connections in excess of $100,000 monthly billing.
