ResoLex specialises in strengthening the social, behavioural and cultural components that are crucial to achieving the desired outcomes within complex environments. We work with leadership and projects teams to identify and understand the impact of behavioural and cultural challenges and help develop strategies that enable the team to work more effectively. Our team combines research into team performance, group dynamics and integrated working with lessons learned from our experience within some of the UK's largest and most complex projects. We have developed proprietary tools and techniques that are used to quickly establish a collaborative environment and strengthen the social component of the team or organisation. We support clients in developing collaborative and integrated ways of working, designing and implementing effective strategies that optimise human interfaces, monitor and measure cultural maturity, and mitigate behavioural risk.
