Know what breaks first. Resilion is an independent Swiss risk intelligence firm. We show asset owners and managers which industries in their portfolios have lost the capacity to adapt, the financial channels through which that rigidity reaches returns, and what to do about it. Conventional risk tools price what is already visible. They rely on historical data and assume the future resembles the past, an assumption that breaks down at exactly the tipping points, cascades and regime shifts driven by climate change, nature loss and the AI transition. Systemic risk cannot be diversified away: selling or hedging a position moves the exposure elsewhere and leaves the system that produced it unchanged. The relevant question shifts from calculating exposure to evaluating whether an industry can still change. Our methodology, grounded in economic complexity, ecological network analysis, critical-transition theory and financial-network science, reads industry health at two levels, the global sector and its regional expression. It tracks structural rigidity (can the sector reconfigure under pressure) alongside condition decay (the slow deterioration of what its value depends on, such as insurability, water and fiscal capacity). Where the two intersect is where value is most likely to break. Delivery today runs as a four-phase advisory engagement: training, structural assessment, remediation planning and ongoing monitoring. The software tool behind this is currently in development, and we are looking for partners interested in co-developing it.
