ResidentC Information

ResidentC is a powerful communications system designed to help multifamily operators better prepare, respond and recover from emergency situations. We utilize a web-based platform to allow site-level, regional, and corporate staff to reliably communicate with residents and staff in advance of, during and following an emergency scenario, whether it is small or catastrophic. ResidentC provides powerful two-way communications with residents, staff, emergency crews and media via SMS, voice, email, social networks and websites. ResidentC was founded to address multifamily’s unique security and safety needs. At the property level, we aim to increase resident safety, minimize property damage, and improve resident relations. At the portfolio level, we aim to improve emergency readiness and communications, helping to mitigate risks and reduce potential liabilities for management and investors.
