Through a unique combination of physical and cognitive exercises in a fun new game formula, Reset Moves not only motivates players to become more physically active, it has been shown to greatly enhance overall mood and attention in less than 10 minutes. Designed as a short intervention to integrate into the school day and at home, to reset child’s mood and attention while supporting positive health & wellbeing outcomes.
