ResEssential is an experiential marketing agency specializing in amenity space activation and creating elevated lifestyle driven programming for residential communities. Through these experiences we are able to build a sense of community and personal connection amongst residents resulting in increased property engagement, marketability and retention. Launched in 2016 as an events platform for residential communities seeking high impact resident experiences, we've since expanded to focus on ushering in unique brand activations that connect with consumers in a way that’s authentic, meaningful and most importantly sustainable. These experiences are what drive loyalty, purchase and lifetime consumer value. We currently work with over 150+ luxury apartment, condo and single-family communities within the Mid-Atlantic with plans to expand our network of properties to new markets by next year. The communities we partner with are comprised of a diverse array of consumers ranging from professionals, millennials and first time home owners.
