Res Consortium is a performance improvement organisation that works in partnership with commercial, public sector and third sector organisations to deliver team development, change management and service improvement programmes at all levels within an organisation. We deliver face-to-face or online consultancy services using a variety of methods including: event management, group workshops, consultancy projects, online conferencing and onsite project management or change management processes.
