Reqru Information

Reqru is the first recruiting platform built specifically for international athletes. Traditional agencies charge €3,000–€5,000, control the process, and deliver placements that don't always serve the athlete. We built a different path — one where athletes own their recruiting journey, connect directly with coaches, and pay a fraction of the cost. The founders went through U.S. college recruiting themselves, as international athletes, without agencies. That experience is the foundation of the platform. Currently in pre-launch. First cohort: 100 athletes. Summer 2026.
