Turning hard-to-recycle paper fractions into new fiber resources Repulping Technology serves the paper recycling industry by enabling the recovery of hard-to-recycle paper fractions such as GKV (beverage cartons and other fiber-plastic composites) and PPK-LVP (paper-based packaging from lightweight packaging collections). At the core of our work is high-quality fiber recovery, extending the end-of-life of valuable paper materials that would otherwise end up in landfill or incineration. Our mission is to support material recovery facilities in increasing their recycling quotas and to help paper mills improve efficiency, productivity, and fiber yield through a unique cavitation-based pulping process. By applying controlled cavitation during repulping, we enable faster fiber release, higher throughput, and cleaner pulp — supporting mills in reducing downtime, energy consumption, and material losses. After successfully commissioning the first commercial fiber recovery plant in Austria, our current focus is on building two new plants in Germany dedicated to processing the unrecyclable yet valuable paper fractions that currently have no viable recycling route. Every year, around 300,000 tons of PPK-LVP and GKV fractions remain currently without material recovery in Germany. Repulping Technology offers the only reliable, scalable, and industrially proven solution to process these complex materials — transforming “waste” into a renewable resource and creating measurable value for paper mills, recyclers, and the environment alike. #RepulpingTechnology #PaperRecycling #PPWR #EPR #RecyclingTechnology #Sustainability #CircularEconomy
