Republic Title of Texas, Inc., a wholly owned subsidiary of First American Title Insurance Company is a leading full–service title insurance agency dedicated to capturing the possibilities for our customers. Our Residential Division consists of 11 offices located throughout the North Texas area. We provide residential title and escrow services to real estate agents, REALTORS®, real estate attorneys, builders and developers. We recognize that customers go where they are wanted and stay where they are appreciated; therefore we work diligently to offer consistent, responsive, knowledgeable service and personal attention. Our training department provides cutting-edge technology training, real estate training, CLEs and CEs to Commercial and Residential attorneys and brokers. Our Commercial Division located in Dallas and Fort Worth provides comprehensive title insurance, 1031 exchange services, underwriting and closing services to the commercial real estate industry. Republic Title’s extensive commercial group of professional closing teams and staff attorneys have the ability to issue title insurance policies on multiple national underwriters that can insure, co-insure or reinsure any single transaction up to the maximum regulatory amount and in excess of that amount through our secondary and tertiary reinsurance agreements. This national network of underwriters gives us the capability to insure any transaction, regardless of size or number of sites involved. Our National Division has the flexibility to close out-of-county and out-of-state transactions and can coordinate the closing of multi-site, multi-state and world-wide transactions.
