My expertise comes from 30+ years of working inside organizations large and small as well as across society at large. I have partnered with leaders at the World Bank, Royal Dutch Shell, the American Nurses Association, the CFP Board, and many others who are striving to create meaningful progress. These experiences have shown me what it takes to move complex systems, unite diverse stakeholders, and deliver real results.
