In-house engineering and manufacturing expertise enables Replex to meet your specific requirements. Primary manufacturing capability includes: thermoforming, vacuum deposition, robotic painting, CNC machining. In-house testing capability includes: Q-Fog accelerated corrosion tester, QUV accelerated weathering tester, temperature cycling chamber, and UV-VIS-IR reflectometer. Software platforms include Solidworks, AlphaCAM. End uses include mirrors on trucks, retail stores, hospitals, ATM machines, and commercial aircraft. Acrylic domes also used to cover security cameras and for skylights. Polycarbonate domes are used in playgrounds and skylights.
