Our team has a combined four decades of experience, from the investment and portfolio management side to acquisitions and development. Currently ReOptimize has over $200M worth of projects at various stages of development. ReOptimize has current and upcoming projects across Canada, with several projects in both BC and Ontario. Our current focus is on Industrial properties, due to the resilience in high demand that lasted through and even rebounded from the COVID-19 pandemic. With extensive market research and due diligence, we locate areas that fit our personal risk/return framework for development.
