Renters Outlet LLC was founded in 2011, when its Broker and owner Steve McFarlan, realized there was a need for a smaller and more personal residential property management company. After working many years for what Steve considers one of the biggest of the "big box" management companies, Steve decided that the time was right to start a new and more personal residential property management company. Renters Outlet specializes in the Dakota and Scott County area, and all of our agents reside in Dakota and Scott Counties. We have little to no interest in becoming one of the "Big Box" management companies, as we are completely focused on providing the highest possible level of customer service to our clients.
