Rentech was founded in 1998 by Mark Renecle as Combustion Experts, to provide an independent service to many industrial burner and boiler users in Walvis Bay. With over 25 years of engineering experience at hand, it soon became apparent that the Namibia “Heating Industry” had never been serviced directly from within Namibia and was suffering second-hand technology from South Africa. Since then, we have established ourselves as Namibia's premier Combustion Company, even exporting technology, solutions, and products to surrounding Southern African countries, including South Africa. Rentech now has direct relationships with several key European burner, boiler, and combustion management manufacturers, as well as a wide range of associated products and spares. At the moment, we believe we can provide the best technical solutions at the best possible prices, backed up by unrivaled service. Solutions are customer-focused, providing sound technical advice with the goal of producing heat efficiently and safely while reducing harmful emissions. Background: • Rentech has specialized in Heating Equipment and Combustion Management Systems for the past 18 years. • We currently employ 27 Namibians, four of whom are tradesmen who have been trained to specialize in our products, which include Riello burners, Ferroli boilers, and Autoflame Combustion Management Systems. Our line of work is highly specialized, and training is ongoing; as part of our agreement with Autoflame, we are required to attend training in the United Kingdom once a year in order to maintain product knowledge and dealership. Our suppliers provide us with full support, and we have the input and use of their highly qualified engineers to assist us with the design of any installation if necessary. • We are the sole agents for all Riello burners and Riello parts in the SADC region with the exceptions of South Africa and Mauritius.
