Renocare South Africa was formed in 2014 as a Renal management company. The prevalence rate for chronic kidney disease is high in South Africa. The private market only treats a small portion of the patients that require treatment. Renocare SA has six dialysis clinic licenses in the Western Cape region and one in the Eastern Cape which was obtained via the Department of Health. Renocare SA has a partnership with Fresenius in Paardevlei, Khayalitsha and V&A waterfront since 2015. Renocare began development on three licenses namely, Mossel Bay, Century City and Bredasdorp. These will be the first Renocare dialysis clinics offering chronic haemodialysis and will all be operational in 2024. Renocare will also seek to become the preferred partner of the government in providing affordable quality kidney care to patients who do not have access to it. Renocare South Africa can offer therapies such as peritoneal dialysis, home dialysis and acute therapies. We focus on patient-centered care while enhancing affordability through local manufacturing, operating on the latest and innovative technologies.
