Our mission is simply the Great Commission that Jesus gave the church. We understand that this is the work of evangelism with the responsibility to: And He said to them, Go into all the world and preach the gospel to every creature. Mark 16:15 Go therefore and make disciples of all the nations, baptizing them in the name of the Father and of the Son and of the Holy Spirit, teaching them to observe all things that I have commanded you; and lo, I am with you always, even to the end of the age. Matthew 28:19-20 and you shall be witnesses to Me in Jerusalem and in all Judea and Samaria, and to the end of the earth. Acts 1:8 Translated for our church in our time, this would mean: Jerusalem | our local community which is our church and the area of Fitchburg Judea | New England Samaria The United States To the ends of the earth || any where in the world Our mission is simply to do what Jesus has told us to do. In following the Great Commission, we seek to see Him glorified in our lives, church, and community as we allow Him to use us to reach the world around us.
