When we began back in 2006, our purpose was to support potential kidney donors through the challenging process of decision making and donation. But as we learned more and more about the process and gathered resources, we became the go-to organization for all kidney related issues. Our model of finding kidney donors was always about reaching out to the recipients community. Today, many major transplant centers in the country reach out to Renewal for information, support, and the kinds of services we provide. Many have asked to copy our model. We help those in need of a transplant with organizing campaigns to find living kidney donors. Renewal is the global pioneer in community based altruistic kidney donation. They are dedicated to saving lives by helping kidney donors and the recipients navigate all aspects of the kidney transplant process. Renewal also educates and raises awareness about kidney donation thereby giving each patient's community an opportunity to help.
