Products are designed by Italian architects, and produced by small size manufacturers in Eastern Europe, which allows to offer many customization options while keeping short lead times and high quality for great price. Purchases for essential components (i.e. fabrics) are consolidated, as well as logistics. Customers can access a carefully selected range of products and choose from wide array of options for size, form, wood, fabric, color, seat comfort, etc. Products are made-to-order and delivered in under 6 weeks with market beating price-to-quality ratio and high service level. The website offers convenient product research and configuration tools and AR app, while small scale centrally located showrooms offer unconventional technology-driven furniture shopping experience, including VR. The platform is driven by proprietary technology, including full integration with suppliers and manufacturers, ERP/CRM and DMP which is able to match online and offline parts of customer journey. With offices in Berlin and Kiev, Renetti takes advantage of Germany’s huge market and Ukraine’s low production costs, resulting in flawless quality and prices 30% below the competition. Renetti is currently running 3 showroom in Germany and 5 in Ukraine (under “Pufetto” brand name), and will scale by launching 100 new showrooms in Europe with local dealers using resellers/franchising model.
