Renergy is a technical consultancy and engineering services provider for the renewables industry. Supporting solar energy project developers and EPC companies globally, our team has designed 950+ utility scale projects exceeding 20 GW in cumulative installed capacity. SCOPE OF SERVICES Renergy provides engineering and design services across all phases of the PV power plants development - from site identification and conceptual design through preliminary layout and energy yield optimization studies to detailed design drawings, issued for construction. Depending on the scope of work agreed with each client, Renergy is able to form teams with either a high degree of specialization (e.g. electrical design for PV power plants) or multi-disciplinary teams that bring together the expertise and skills of professionals with different backgrounds to assess, plan and manage complex projects - e.g. involving : • electrical and civil engineering, • technical support for bid document preparation for tenders, • structuring a uniform RFP procedure to evaluate suppliers and short-list BOS / EPC contractors, • support for project presentation to financing institutions or within a public consultation, including technical reports and 3D photorealistic rendering, etc. MODELS OF ENGAGEMENT Different companies have different needs. That is why we have set up three models of engagement that cover most cases. (i) Engineering-On-Demand The client defines Scope of Works for a given project(s) and Renergy delivers in a certain amount of working hours, remunerated at a mutually agreed rate or lump sum. (ii) Dedicated Team For long-term assignments (12-24 months) Renergy dedicates a team of selected experts to work exclusively for the client. (iii) Contingent engineering workforce The Client defines a contingent of manhours per month for a period of 6 to 24 months.
