It all began 18 years ago with a recently-graduated architect, a PC and a basement. The old school way of representations of Real Estate projects were through water colors and blueprints. This is where a business opportunity came about, and we started to develop new ways to showcase projects. Thanks to that vision, projects began to develop into something more modern, tangible and attractive. That is the way RENDER was founded. But what exactly is RENDER? Literally, it is a company based on a process of generating images or videos through the use of GI lighting. We use 3 dimensional models or digital images as well as 3 dimensional software to create our projects. Presently, our mission at RENDER, is all about developing new and different ways to promote any kind of project. We work in the Real Estate, entertainment and industrial domains to name a few. At the beginning, we only focused on the virtual representations of architecture. But we evolved as the expectations and demands of our clients changed. Little by little, we became more competitive and diverse. Today, RENDER can offer our clients a wide variety of techniques and strategies in order to achieve their goals. We now use multi-media, augmented reality, real estate films and design applications. Above all, we provide our clients the Rendering Experience.
