Renatus Capital Partners was founded by Mark Flood and Brendan Traynor in 2014 to provide investment capital to dynamic and growing Irish mid-market businesses. We have over 25 years combined private equity, corporate finance and operating experience and together with our investors, provide access to a broader collaborative network of trusted industry specialists, strategic investors and professional advisers. Our investment partners are a collective of high-net-worth individuals, private family wealth and successful entrepreneurs who are committed to providing development capital to scaling Irish businesses. Renatus typically makes investments in Irish and UK companies with enterprise values of €5 million and above, providing equity investment of €2 million or more .. We will also co-invest alongside other investors and partners in larger sized investments. We want to work with proven entrepreneurs, committed management teams and banking partners to develop dynamic, growth orientated companies.
