RemoteOne is a Business Service Provider (BSP) focused on offering Fortune 500 Information Technology (IT) services to small and mid-sized companies. RemoteOne will remotely manage, monitor and maintain a customer's computer environment securely over the Internet. We manage our customer's IT assets through our centralized Network Operations Center (NOC) and produce operational savings for our customers by reducing the overall cost model associated with maintaining IT. The remote IT outsourcing model allows our customers to focus on their core business and not worry about the complexities and difficulties of managing their technology environment. RemoteOne believes that small to mid-sized companies should be able to benefit from the same technology advancements available to Fortune 500 companies, without the worries of substantial technology investments and maintenance. RemoteOne provides next generation managed services by using the Internet to remotely perform 95% of all customer operations from our NOC. The NOC is managed by certified network engineers with real world experience in 24x7 mission critical operations, any issues or services that cannot be performed remotely will be completed at the customer site. RemoteOne is based upon the idea that Managed Services can be performed quicker and more efficiently from a remote location. RemoteOne significantly improves upon the outsourcing model due to our ability to perform tasks within seconds or minutes rather than hours or days. By being able to quickly solve issues, change configurations, or solve desktop problems, the illusion of an on-site staff is apparent to the customer.
