Remote-IT Information

With Remote IT, you can easily find IT professionals outside the Dutch borders! From Eastern Europe, developers work directly for you as an employer. In order to meet your specific needs, a new dedicated team (starting with a minimum of 2 developers) is put together for each client. Together we determine which profiles are needed within the team. Besides the right technical skills, the developer must also fit within the corporate culture. You decide who joins the team; they are basically your own remote colleagues. Each team is supervised by one of our project managers. They constantly evaluate the cooperation and job satisfaction of the developers. We take care of the working environment of the developers. We provide all office facilities such as laptops, two screens and headsets. In addition, we are actively involved in the developer community in which the mutual sharing of knowledge is encouraged. We also organize meet-ups, Hackatons, drinks and parties. We provide a great place to work!
