Nogasa Consultores, owner of the RE/MAX Cabo Sanctuary franchise, was established in Mexico in 2004. In the same year, we created our own marketing company Cabo Sanctuary Real Estate, with an in-house sales team, as well as administration personnel to coordinate the closing processes. In 2005 we became part of the Los Cabos Real Estate Brokers Association - MLS, and the AMPI. We currently have 4 sales centers, a team of over 35 professionally trained bilingual sales people, legal department and integrated marketing. With the acquisition of the Remax franchise, we readapted procedures, enlarged our team, greatly enhanced the training of our agents, opened more offices and have managed to capitalize on the added value that the franchise gave us.
