Moleskine Srl went on to acquire the worldwide trademark rights for the brand in January 2007 and was listed on the Italian Stock Exchange in 2013. The brand was acquired and delisted by D’Ieteren at the end of 2016. With headquarters in Milan and offices in Cologne, New York, Hong Kong, Shanghai and Tokyo, Moleskine company counts around 400 employees and a vast network of partners and consultants.
