Reltech Limited founded in 1976 is an Independent Test Laboratory, Burn-In and HTOL system manufacturer serving the Semiconductor and Microelectronics industries. Reliability and Qualification test services are provided to industry leading Fabless Semiconductor companies and Integrated Device Manufacturers.
