Relay Properties started in 2012 as a multifamily management company, managing small to mid-sized multifamily properties. In 2013, we shifted and began acquiring real estate for our own portfolio. Between 2013 and 2022, Relay Properties acquired 27 buildings, totaling 725 multifamily apartment units. Our growth strategy comprised of growing multifamily values and through repositioning and leveraging the equity to continue growth. In addition, we leveraged equity from family to pursue growth. Our vision and future, now that the foundation has been built, will include raising outside capital to continue our growth, but targeting larger assets. We have a strong, team, proven track record, and capacity to lead and grow a large portfolio, providing investment opportunities for outside equity.
