At Relay Express, we are a technology-driven integrated logistics and supply chain company delivering end-to-end solutions across transportation, warehousing, distribution, last-mile delivery, reverse logistics, after-sales logistics and value-added services. Founded in 2012 and headquartered in Ahmedabad, Gujarat, Relay Express has built a strong pan-India network through 4 operational zones, 60 branches and 165 last-mile associate locations, serving metro cities, industrial corridors and Tier 2 and Tier 3 markets across India. Our growth reflects the trust of our customers and the strength of our operations. From ₹0.50 billion in FY2020–21 to ₹1.81 billion in FY2025–26, we have grown approximately 3.6x over six financial years. In FY2025–26, we handled nearly 980,000 shipments and grew our enterprise customer base to 260+ clients, including leading brands such as Acer, Asus, Lenovo, Xiaomi, Hilti and Reliance Retail. This growth is supported by 666 on-roll employees, scalable infrastructure and an in-house technology platform with TMS, WMS, real-time docket tracking, vehicle tracking, automated billing, customer dashboards, API integration, mobile applications and real-time reporting. Our warehousing and 3PL capabilities include dedicated and shared warehousing, inventory management, order fulfilment, reverse logistics, RTO management, kitting, repacking, labelling, barcode and QR-code services, quality inspection, batch management and customised packaging solutions.
