Rel-Tech was founded in Bridgeport, CT by Bill LeBlanc and Ralph Palumbo in 1986. Both managed divisions for larger corporations before establishing Rel-Tech. Since its inception, the firm has increased its staff, hiring personnel with experience in both engineering and contract manufacturing. Our middle and upper managers have been employed in excess of 10-15 years.
