The REIPRO software is easy to use and is a huge time saving tool. After a day of driving neighborhoods looking at potential properties it is great to be able to come home and put all of the properties we want to look at into the quick fact feature of the REIPRO tool. This feature provides us with all of the important information about a property. We can see the details about the house, number of beds, baths but more importantly we see the mortgage information and important information about the owners. This helps us to quickly identify absentee, out of town owners, trusts and other valuable details. Without this tool we would have to go to the specific town's website and pull this information. Each town's website is different so you are dependent on the quality of the site, which varies widely from town to town. REIPRO gives us one stop shopping for all of this information, with just a few clicks. Once we have our target properties saved in REIPRO, it automatically compares it to comps in the area to see what potential each property has. This allows us to weed out the properties that don't have the potential that we are looking for. For the properties we want to pursue the tools walks us step by step through the process regardless of which of the strategies we want to use. The phone scripts walk you through the phone conversation with the owner. The letters allow you to send targeted correspondence to the homeowner, depending on the situation. You can also tweak these letter templates to suit your style. The scripts helps us to stay on message when talking to the homeowners and perfect our conversation without fewer mistakes. The first calls were far from perfect but with the use of the scripts it helped me to get through them and hit all the important points. Then after reviewing my notes from my call sheet, it helped me to understand where my strengths and weaknesses were on the call. Using this tool for self assessment allowed me to make adjustments and improve my approach. Each call gets easier and the message gets better. Having all this information in one central location that you can access from any computer or smart phone allows you to always have your business with you, no matter where you go. If you need to follow up on a property or return a call you just access your personal REIPRO and see your property info, contact information any notes you have. I also like being able to have a more personal conversation with my customers and partners. Having a spouse's name or details from our last conversation is a great help, especially when you have a few properties in queue. There are so many great features in this software that will help us continue to grow our business. I like the flexibility of personalizing the marketing and correspondence templates. My wife and I have started our business part time and without the REIPRO software this would not be possible. There just wouldn't be enough time in the day to do it all. We are confident that our business will continue to grow and we will reach our personal goals so our family will have the lifestyle we want. The REIPRO tool is going to be a large part of making that happen. Chris and team, we want to thank you for putting together such a great tool.
