At Reindorf Chambers, we are committed to excellence in legal practice and to providing the highest standard of expertise in Ghanaian law to both domestic and international clients. Comprising of lawyers who have been in practice for periods up to thirty-eight years, and our association with DLA Piper as one of its group firms in Africa, allows us to provide an enhanced service to our clients. At Reindorf Chambers we offer a wide range of legal services to assist individuals and corporate entities including financial institutions operating throughout Ghana. We also represent individuals and companies in court proceedings, advise on the purchase and sale of property, and assist with other forms of dispute resolution. The combined expertise and experience of our lawyers ensures that our clients have the benefit of a broad pool of legal knowledge, as well as access to our extensive network of foreign professionals to meet their diverse needs. Our practice involves advising and representing a wide range of clients mainly in the areas of corporate/commercial law, banking, tax, mining and energy and project finance. Much of our work has involved negotiating, drafting and reviewing agreements including, but not limited to loan agreements, security documentation such as mortgages, guarantees and performance bonds as well as joint venture agreements and conveyances. Our staff currently includes ten lawyers, and seven administrative staff members.
